Asking Assist to add something already on the Home Assistant Shopping List no longer creates another copy. A matching unchecked item is reused, while a checked-off item is reactivated for the next shop.
The correction applies to additions through Assist and voice intents. The Shopping List’s direct add actions keep their existing behavior.
