A Home Connect hob’s timer can finish without its alarm ever reaching Home Assistant. The integration corrects an appliance-type mismatch that prevented four event sensors from being created for hobs, and Vincent Canuel verified the alarm-clock sensor end to end on a Bosch PVW81CHB1E.
The correction also creates the preheat and favorite-button sensors, but it does not guarantee that an appliance sends their events. The tested hob still supplied no favorite-button events through the public interface. Canuel makes his first contribution to Home Assistant Core with the fix.
