Roborock Q10 owners gain Home Assistant actions to read the vacuum’s position, clean a selected zone and send it toward a chosen spot. The integration extends its existing Roborock controls to the Q10/B01 device family.
The go-to action has an unusual limit: Q10 firmware has no dedicated command for it. The supporting library starts the device’s smallest cleaning zone, 40 by 40 centimetres, and pauses the vacuum within 20 centimetres of the destination. It stops intervening if another task replaces that job.
Hmmbob tested the work on a Q10 running firmware 03.11.24: it stopped 13.2 centimetres from the requested point and stayed there. That measurement describes the reported test on one device.
